Shipping Policy

To ensure that your purchase is delivered to you within the specified time frame, please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Apex® Strings is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to the address being entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.  Apex® Strings is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged orders at the time of delivery.

Processing Times

All orders purchased thru Apex® Strings may take up to 5 business days to package and process. (*Excludes Saturdays and Sundays)

Once your order ships, you will be sent tracking information via email. Apex® Strings ships using USPS or UPS, depending on your shipping preference. *We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without notice.


Shipping fees are weight-based and will be calculated upon checkout and will vary depending on your shipping preference. Shipping fees will not be included if you cancel an order or request a refund.

Out-of-Stock Items

If your purchase an item that is out of stock, we will issue you a full refund for the item(s).

If your order has out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining items currently in stock and notify you via email once a refund has been issued.

Apex® Strings reserves the right to modify any portion of this policy at any time without notice



All requests to cancel an order or refund must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have shipped.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). All item(s) must be returned in the original state in which it was sent (FREE OF DAMAGE, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING). Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after receiving it.

Apex® Strings does not pay for return labels. You must pay to ship your item(s). Apex® Strings is not responsible for loss and damage during transit. Apex® Strings can refuse a return from any customer at any time.
